A: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. Drop your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier. Always keep your proof of postage.

A: No. All approved returns and exchanges include a free pre-paid return label.
Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product. Replacements ship at no extra cost once we receive your return.

A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method in GBP (£).
Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or items removed from sealed packaging. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
